I want to buy party size frozen lasagna, Mac and Cheese, etc, then using an electric knife to cut it frozen into single portion sizes. I think it will make getting each portion into the bag more easily, and make sealing the bag easier. I've had a terrible problem seeing the bags for anything other than dry good. Any liquid and don't get a good seal. Does this sound doable?
