When I signed into my credit card account, I was notified that my credit score had dropped 90 points (from 800 to 710) and I have no idea. How can I figure out what happened?

I'm planning to buy a vehicle in a few months and I'm worried this will affect the interest rate I can get.

To my knowledge, I have no missed payments, no accounts in collection, no hard inquires within the last 6 months. I genuinely have no idea what could have happened.
