We’re married and I’m worried that if I die, there is some scenario in which she won’t retain the house since she is not in the deed. I can’t refinance because we only owe $60k on an $80k mortgage. Is there anything I should be doing to ensure there will be no issues with her and the kids keeping the house should I pass?
