I'm a US citizen living abroad (South Asia), and I cannot open a bank account online. I have tried many different banks (Chime, Charles Schwab, US Bank, BofA, Ally, and others) but they all denied me. I don't have the necessary identification in this country to open a bank account locally.
The only form of verification I have is a passport, and I would prefer if these banks could ship a debit or credit card to my current location.
