Does anybody know of any unicorn refinance rates out there right now? I saved the post made by u/econ0mist stating PenFed was offering 2.5% but that was many months ago. I understand rates have come up since that but does anyone have the scoop on any other banks offering anything lower than 3.125%?
I’m helping my MIL (elderly woman who lives alone and only lives off SS disability and a very small pension from her deceased husband) with her refinance and the best we have found is 3.125% but that’s paying a few points.
