The price of oil has had a huge impact on the price of oil majors, with the likes of Shell and Exxon at almost double the value they were at points during Covid. I bought at pretty much the bottom and have held since, and whilst I still feel like there is room to grow further, I do wonder how long the price of Oil can remain this inflated. I also think if the likes of Shell can clean up their image and switch to being recognised as an 'energy' company rather than a fossil fuel company it could do wonders for their valuation.

So the question is - Are oil majors still a strong play (both in the short and long term)?
