I'm trying to understand the ramifications of a SPO (secondary public offering), and I am seeing all the SPOs from September 2021. As you can see, there are two types of SPOs: Priced and Filings.

What are the differences between the Priced and Filings?

I'm trying to understand how this could impact the price of the shares, and when the shares would be impacted (would the shares decline the next day or two or next month?).

Finally, I'm thinking that "Filings" occur first, and then after a few weeks, it gets "Priced". Is this accurate?
