I’m 17 and turn 18 in April but I want to move into my own place on exactly my birthday, but I assume there’s a wait on being able to move in when applying for an apartment. I don’t know if I need to sign a lease or something but I have to be 18, or is there a way I could do that at 17 so that when I turn 18 I can immediately move in? Money is not an issue as I have been saving up for two years now
