Living in HCoL. Monthly income is roughly 5k. Mortgage is roughly 3k. Also paying car, insurance, utilities, groceries, etc.
I regretted very much that I bought the house that I can barely afford. My parents cannot afford getting a place to live so I’m basically under the pressure getting a house that’s up to their standard and I’m stuck at paying for it. Although they live with me, I cannot ask them to help me with the payment.
Any recommendation on second income source? I imagine a lot tax to me if I do freelancing and receive 1099s.
