Hi all! In my extended social circle, it's pretty common and somewhat expected to have people over for dinner. I love going to these, since it's fun and a great way to meet people and my friends are excellent cooks. I also love hosting. I'm on a budget, but hospitality strikes me as a good use of money. That being said, I wouldn't mind compiling a list of recipe options that are crowd-pleasers and relatively easy on the wallet. Any ideas? I'm a vegetarian, but share whatever has worked for you!
