Someone has been using my mailing address for all her financial stuff (credit cards, loans, new car registration etc). It is not just an innocent typo. Our mail box is locked. She has never been a previous owner of the house. No one on the street knows her.
What’s the scam? Is this some sort of fraud?
Edit: My fiancé FB messaged her and she said “Sorry I will take care of the situation”
