I'm trying to sign up for the Chase College Checking Account, but it says that I can't register online because they can't verify my identity.
When filling out the application form, there's two options for ID: a state ID, and a Driver's License ID. Since I only have a Learner Driver's License, will that not work?
How do I verify my identity onilne?
