Hi,
To be short, when I was young I was manipulated into letting an older member of my family open a credit account in my name, reminders have been coming to my phone but they make payments to the account through their own bank card. Now I have discovered that payments have not been made on time and this could effect my credit score, however the person in question refuses to close the account and is aggressive when asked to do so. What are my options in this situation?
Edit - I am in the UK btw.
