Hello! So I am relocating to a different state; however, the bank I use now (Wells Fargo) has no local locations there. Previously, I've simply just changed banks but when I was in college I started a credit card with WF and seeing as how it's both my only and longest active credit card wouldn't think it's best to just close it.

The options I've considered are: 1) transfer most of my money to a different bank but leave some money in my WF account to pay for cc 2) if my job allows direct deposit into my account then keep it as is -- my question with this though is whenever I decide to buy a house and need a loan is that something that can be done over the phone since there are no locations in the state?
