Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this question. So I currently work for one of the largest well known retail and got a job offer in field repair technician for IT. I’d be making way more money and it’s a field I really wanted to be in. However, I’ve been at the company for only 5 months and we are completely short staffed. I’m part time working full time hours and it’s shit show.
Want to know a funny story? The role I’ve been offered is for the store I’m currently working at but for employed with a different company. Is there a way I can give a notice without affecting my future work environment?
