It’s all in my name before people get all excited about moving in early.
She wanted the exact house (large house, large yard, quiet neighborhood) that we purchased. I was ok with it as I figured we’d grow into it.
Now that she’s gone, I hate this place. Way too big, I’m gone a lot for work, just too big for just myself.
What are some options? I know if I sell I’m gonna get capital gains, and I know the market is hot but I think I’m still gonna lose even if I get out. Could I rent it out possibly?
Any ideas?
