I recently bought a pair of pants through an eBay seller but the unexpected happened to me and my package wasn’t in the mailbox. I don’t know if it was stolen or it got delivered to the wrong address. I tried to open up a case with USPS and they have done little to nothing about it. I tried contacting the seller but he didn’t even responded to my last few messages. The only thing the seller did was show the tracking number that it was delivered which I never got it in the mail.
They said I have to wait until today for eBay to step in but they just closed it without giving me a refund for the item. Is there anyway I can resolve this?
