I generally travel 2 weeks out of every month for work so I am constantly staying in hotels. Each day I’m on the road I get a per diem of $60 per day ($45 for travel days). Depending on the client I sometimes am set up in suites with kitchenettes, but most of the time only a mini fridge is available to me. Also, I take frequent trips to Las Vegas and none of the hotels on the strip offer any amenities including a mini fridge.
If anybody has any tips for eating frugally and meeting general nutrition needs while staying in a hotel room for more than a week I’d greatly appreciate some advice. Thanks
Edit: forgot to mention I always travel by plane
