Wanting to move out of my hometown . I have $15k saved up. Is that enough money to move with? Should I find an apartment first or a job first ?

I'm 27 years old and wanting to move out of my hometown to a different city an hour north of where I currently live. I have $15k saved up. Would that be enough money to move with ? My only current bills are my car payment and car insurance which total around $485.

Should I find a job first or an apartment first ?

I live in Michigan, btw.
