I want to cut out a car completely, it would definitely save me a lot of money. I both live and work in the city, where everything is either in walking distance, or a bus can take you there in less than 10 minutes. My job is a little less than a mile from my apartment. Not really worth having a car in my opinion but some could argue it would be. Is this a smart decision? We have electric scooters littering every corner of the city, and like i said, the bus.
I realize it’s a little ironic being frugal while living in the city… but it’s the convenience that makes it worth it I suppose. So is getting rid of the car payments worth it? Would you do the same if you knew it really was not needed? I want to be sure I’m not making a dumb decision haha
