I have a friend in China that wants to invest 1M+ in a private company.
The company won't take money directly from Chinese investors.
If I act as the middleman, take the money and then invest it, the company if fine with this.
What is needed for me to do this? Do I need to start a hedge fund? Or since this is a private company, can I just start an LLC? Do I need to file with the SEC or take any tests for this?
