So I only owe $55k on my house before it's fully paid off. I can pay it off in 10 months. I was extremely happy and looking forward to being debt free!!
However I can definitely not stand my neighbors. They play bass music constantly, have an annoying dog that barks the whole night, and are constantly making noise so I can never enjoy my own backyard. I already talked to them, got a dog anti barking speaker and called the police. Nothing works.
This has made me consider selling my home and moving to a better neighborhood. I'll be in debt again for many years to come. It's something I didn't want to do but my mental health is currently suffering.
I have absolutely no idea what to do. My current house is worth $157k the house I like is $200k plus closing costs, hoa fees, higher property taxes, etc etc. We only make $58k combined, and our only debt is our SUV $350.
