Hey guys, I have 4 herniated disc's on my neck. I had an MRI done after I had an accident. My right upper shoulder area has been hurting because of the herniated disc's as the areas are connected from what I been told. Do I have to see an Ortho for them to recommend a good physical therapist or can I skip the Ortho and go directly to a physical therapist? What would the cost be?
I have NO insurance. Surgery and steroid shots are out of the question. Located in the miami/ft lauderdale area.
