This is my first card and I only pay reoccuring bills on it and drugstore purchases. At some point my payment didn't go through and a bill was charged so it said -123 of 500. Got that fixed and since haven't been able to use it properly because I cleared my other accounts to only use discover and there was a security review or something and now I'm waiting for the IRS to confirm I'm employed? What's happening to my card and what can I do to fix it.
