what it says on the tin generally. i live in the south jersey/pa area and just left an abusive home that didnt teach me much, looking for advice on frugal grocery shopping. whether meals or advice in stores would be really helpful! especially any low energy and/or big batch and thus leftover possible things (ie: lasagna)
edit: i have access to a dutch oven and instant pot but im not sure what to do other than carnitas w them!
