What has your experience been with sharing a house?
Is it a terrible idea to not have roommates on the lease?
Should I have a contract with them? (and would that kind of thing hold any water if it hasn't been approved by actual landlord? I imagine not? I suppose it could be good just for clarifying boundaries)
Any tips on vetting potential roomies?
