I ordered 2 tickets to an event through Groupon. I add the tickets to my cart, go put all my information in, click place order and I get an error that says "this deal is no longer available". I say, OK there were a bunch of other times available, let me go back and pick another. At this point I get no email that it had gone through or anything like that. I go back and repurchase. Put all my info in again, and this time I click place order and it goes through and says I'll have an email confirmation in the next 2 hours. 15 minutes later I get my email x2...including the first purchase where they said it didn't go through.

I contact them and they say these are non cancellable and nonrefundable and point me to their fine print for next time. I told them I'm not trying to cancel the one I actually ordered, just the one that went through when they told me it didn't.

Is this a valid time to dispute a charge? I've never really disputed one before, as I've never really needed to, but to me this seems a little ridiculous that I'm having to pay double because of an error on their part.
