Hello everyone I had a question and I think I already know the answer.
If an employee who gets paid $23/hr with OT that works 80 hours a week wants to go to 1099 what should their pay be?
The employer was saying $19/hr Flat bc of taxes but that didn't make sense to me I was suggesting they stay at $23 or higher because they would be taking a pay cut since they still pay taxes at the end of the year.
