Hey all....not sure if this is the right sub or not but hoping for some help. I start a new job in a few weeks after being at the same company for 20+ years. Any tips or advice for a middle aged dude starting in a new company? Figure I am 5-10 years out from retirement and hoping this position will help get me there. Any suggestions or lessons learned.....from fitting into the company culture to setting up benefits knowing I am close to retirement....or anything else you think of would be appreciated.
