Is there a way to open a bank account in the USA (Or maybe a better place for taxes) as a non-citizen that wants to invest in the stock market super long term?

Hello, I am from Mexico and just wondered if I can open a bank account (Or maybe there is another term for that?) in a currency that is not Mexican pesos, as that would devaluate I think... Maybe in euros or dollars? (Would that be important if I buy stocks? Like can buying stocks in certain currency or another matter?)

Anyways, my plan is to put some money and then add some every month or so and just leave it in S&P 500 for X years.
