Just saw that the IRS portal is now live for anybody who wants to unenroll. I don't see an option to modify/update your income or # of dependents yet.
Looks like you'll be able to unenroll on a rolling basis, but there's a note at the bottom of the page: "To stop advance payments, you must unenroll 3 days before the first Thursday of next month by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time."

1) You can only unenroll. There is no re-enroll until September 2021
2) If you're Married Filing Jointly, both you and your spouse must unenroll. If only one does, you'll get half the amount.
