I locked my card after seeing the transaction was pending. I contacted Chegg and they said they will investigate the transaction since I am not sure what Chegg account it came from. The transaction was just posted so I have an option to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I’m not sure if I should wait for the investigation from Chegg to go through or just dispute it with my credit card company and have my card replaced. Thanks in advance.
