You can work a lot and still eat healthy without much work. Make rice, bake chicken in the oven (you can make a few days at once) and just do whatever you want during that time. Put a timer of course so you don't forget your chicken. You can even run your washing machine and/or dishwasher. Make a salad for your meal and you're done!
