Hi all,
Long time lurker and fan of the community. I am considering listing my house in NY (suburbs outside of NYC) to take advantage of the housing market and downsizing to an apartment for about a year to see whether things stay at the current levels. Just wanted to see if there are any specific resources you all recommend checking that address relevant considerations that I may not be thinking of.
