Hello! I'm from around the Los Angeles area and I am wondering what the best way to rent a car for solely 1 month would be? I'd like something that feels safe and reliable but I'm also not looking to break the bank. Full disclosure, I'm a 21 year old Los Angeles citizen who has a California driver's license. Most of the options I am seeing online seem to be geared for outsiders who are traveling to the area for Vacation. Just looking to get a temporary car for the summer before traveling sometime soon (since I currently do not have one). Alternatively, smarter methods, if any, would be appreciated. Uber and Lyft are very expensive in my area and there is no public transportation either.
