Which would you choose?
For the record, I'm 38, single, with no kids or debt. Around $200k NW between 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, HYSA, and brokerage account.

$95k base plus OT
Can expect around $120-140k a year
Typically 50-80 hour work weeks, usually 6 days a week
On call 24/7
No set schedule: find out your shift the day prior every evening around 6-7PM, you could start anytime between 3AM and 1PM and changes daily
6 weeks vacation
Constant travel with little to no notice: receive a call from bosses to get on the next plane to wherever and might be gone for weeks at a time
6% 401k match
Located in DC
High expectations and high stress position/millions of sets of eyes on your every move
Large corporation where it's more difficult to make connections with colleagues

Job B:
$65-70k base plus minimal OT
40 hour work weeks
Rarely on call if at all
Set schedule with set days off and the same shift every day
2-3 weeks vacation
6% 401k match
Very rare travel if at all
Located in San Diego
Less stress and pressure
More of a close-knit workplace environment where teamwork is more common and valued
Ability to be creative
