So I was messing around on yahoo like i normally do every night when i stumbled across the 13 week treasury bill chart. Now i'm no expert here on treasury bills or what not, but i thought they were suppose to stay above the 0 mark not go past it into the negative mark.
And as i am unable to post a screen shot of this i will do my best to try and explain what happened.
It appears that at 5/21 2:59pm the bill dropped to -0.0030 only for it to bounce back to 0.0030 on 5/24 9:50am
