As title states, I’m on a $10/wk food budget. I may need to up the price but for this week I wanna see how far I can go with so little!
So far I have: Rice, Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas, Canned Spinach, Frozen Broccoli.
I already have chocolate, coconut oil, and ghee. Not sure if these will be enough fats wise. Should I get fruit or add more veggies? I’m worried about staying full. These would be for lunch and dinner.
