I went to my local hospital once for a major broken bone. I got one bill, set up autodraft payment plan. I got a letter on October saying it was on collections, but the hospital continues to draft the agreed sum every first of the month. I called them and they said it was a mistake. Last month was the last payment and I'm clear. Today my credit score tool a nosedive because of the collection account being unresolved. What now?? I'm actively trying to buy a home and they just screwed me
