I’m a 21 year old male college student. I just recently received a 3400 EOB for medical services I never got in January. The EOB then states that my medical plan (Providence) covers none of it.
I spoke to some people and they said it may be a scam. The EOB looks legitimate but when I called the listed number it asked for the last four digits of my SS. Now I know that isn’t a good sign. Additionally, the expense also did not show up on my credit report. What do you folks think is going on?
