hello guys, I have a project which is relative valuation for UBER stock. what are stocks that I should compare UBER to? and I am using the P/B ratio since this company has negative earnings and hence I cant use ratios such as P/E, is that the correct choice?
The project is about a stock (UBER) and I have to value it in more than one way. I did the DCF, now I'm stuck with the relative valuation method.
On finviz.com UBER is listed as a software - application company, but what I know is that it's a transportation company, so, what companies should I compare UBER to?
As I said I'm using P/B ratio, do you guys think it's the right choice?
