Im a single mom looking to buy. I found a super cute place within my price range but haven’t even begun the loan process because I don’t even know where to start. My salary is embarrassing at 26k but I’ve been saving and I’d have around 15k to put down. Do I start with a realtor or do I start with a bank? Is FHA loan the better route to go?
