Trying to set up app-based 2FA (i.e. Google Authenticator/Authy/Symantec VIP) on my finance logins where available. I successfully set up a token for my personal Schwab login without issue, but when I tried setting it up on my Fidelity 401k login, the agent said it wasn't an option that they offered. She also said that the NetBenefits 401k system was separate from the regular personal investor site. Has this been anyone else's experience too?
