I bought something online a while ago and the tracking from UPS showed delivered. However, the package is missing. I’ve contacted the merchant many times and they’ve refused to respond. I tried contacting UPS as well but they said claims should be filed by the sender. If the merchant won’t reply or help file a claim, can I do a credit card chargeback?
