I'm looking into buying a used car and, as everyone knows, prices have skyrocketed. I'm thinking that I may be able to negotiate better prices on cars that aren't very popular. I am currently looking at the Hyundai Ioniq. Most dealers have had them listed for months and Car Gurus has them listed as slow sellers. Are there any other models I should consider? My budget is around $15K OTD in CA.
Edit: Meant to say reliable and inexpensive to operate. Frugal.
