i posted about a missing refund from 2019 a few months ago. After trying on and off for months, I was able to talk to an irs person twice in a day! The first person was not helpful, the second one was amazing, very nice, took her time, asked questions, etc. Unfortunately, she could not figure out why the return was stuck, she forwarded it for review and i should have an answer or my refund in 30 days
In don't really have a question but i was very excited to finally get through and i had to share
