I have just started my first year of uni and I do a significant amount of my study at home. A concern I have is that the hours of sitting everyday will fuck up my back into the future. I have heard only good things about Herman Miller Aerons and I think I can get one for ~1600AUD. I am 19 and have 23k (+7k stock) in the bank + Ive already received half of a $3000 scholarship. I do have a job that generates an income for me greater than expenses. Should I buy the chair? Is there a better use for the money since it would be a large investment?
