I started selling old stuff on eBay and surprisingly (to me) everything has sold. Stuff like a specific charger for a smartwatch, old car parts sitting in my garage, an old phone I was keeping around as backup but since I've got a new backup I didn't need it anymore. I couldn't believe someone wanted my OG Xbox still.
Point is don't throw away your stuff. If you're wary about meeting someone locally then use ebay or something like that. They make it so easy. Post it up, when it sells, scan a qr code at ups/fedex/usps, and it's gone.
