My wife bought a car, basically sight unseen, from an individual in Tennessee. She gave them the money and took the car, but when the title came up, they said they had it packed up from recently moving and that they would "dig it out" that weekend. They have now cut off all communication with her. Is there anything we can do to get this vehicle in her name so she can get plates for it?
