Paid for digital lenses but had issues with the right side, their lab apparently couldn’t find any problems with it but decide to remake it “using different materials” without telling her what materials they were, ends up giving her standard 1.74 lenses, which is thicker than the digital lenses. She was under the impression, it’d get remade with digital. Since that’s what she paid for Is she within her right to ask for a digital remake again? (I’m going with her)
